I purchased this for my wife for Christmas on December 2 and it was never delivered. I tried working with the seller and they repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again.they said it was delivered and signed for - maybe it was, but not to my address! I told them I have security cameras and there is no video on the day of delivery on my cameras. We were not home when it was supposed to have been delivered- no video = no delivery trucks, not home = no signature. This was a very special purchase for my wife that I ordered early enough to get it for Christmas. I don’t know the quality, others say it is beautiful. I wish my wife could have had the pleasure of seeing that beauty herself. My biggest issue is lack of action on the sellers part to find out what happened or offer a replacement.
